Q: What kinds of products do you offer?

We specialize in high-quality dog bandanas—handmade, reversible, and embroidered options in a wide range of patterns, themes, and sizes. Many styles are customizable with your pet’s name.

Q: Can I personalize my bandana?

Yes! Most of our bandanas can be personalized with your pet’s name on the front, back, or both. Instructions are provided in each listing.

Q: How do I choose the right size?

We offer sizes from XXS to XXL. Use our size guide in each listing to measure your pup’s neck and find the best fit. Still unsure? Contact us—we’re happy to help!

Q: Why doesn’t my discount code work on embroidery or special add-ons?

Great question! Your discount code is a superstar when it comes to our base bandanas, but it doesn’t cover the “extras” like embroidery, special thread, or other custom magic. Shopify keeps those add-on charges in their own lane, so discounts can’t reach them (we wish they could!).

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q: How do I wash my bandana?All bandanas should be hand-washed or machine-washed cold on gentle cycle. Air-dry flat for best results. Avoid bleach or high heat.

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. and are exploring international options soon.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized items may take slightly longer during peak seasons. You’ll receive tracking info once shipped.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! You can select expedited options at checkout if available.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns on personalized items. For non-personalized products, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error. See our full Return Policy for details.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 1 days with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
